The mechanical department is in charge of designing, manufacturing, and assembling the robot. Mechanical designs the robot in Autodesk’s Inventor CAD program. With a 3D printer, a CNC Mill, sheet metal tools, and many other machine tools, the mechanical department has the capability to manufacture many types of parts.
