The Challenge

INFINITE RECHARGE at Home brings events to teams in two (2) ways:

  1. Judged Awards: Teams describe their ROBOT’s technical qualities by sharing information with judges remotely to compete for traditional machine awards.
  2. Skills Competition: Teams demonstrate what their ROBOTS and drivers can do in a Skills Competition inspired by the INFINITE RECHARGE game.

More information can be found in the FIRST® Game Manual.

The Robot

Topsy-Turvy

Topsy-Turvy was the robot for the 2021 FRC season.  Built for maneuvering through different obstacle courses, Topsy-Turvy's high powered swerve drive allowed it smoothly and swiftly move through the course, finishing the Barrel in 15 seconds, the Bounce in 14, and the Slalom in an impressive 13 seconds.

The Competition

Hyperdrive Challenge

In Hyperdrive challenge, drivers must drive their robot through four different paths as fast as possible. With the help of our master drive team, Topsy-Turvy crushed the challenge in 30 seconds.

AutoNav Challenge

For the AutoNav Challenge, Topsy-Turvy was made to run through three different obstacle courses, the Barrel, the Slalom, and the Bounce, without the assistance of drivers. Topsy-Turvy was able to complete each course in less than 16 seconds.
